“As a figure competitor, Christina has won several titles over the past 3 years of competing. Her first year she swept the Northwest Arkansas Natural show; winning 1st place in beginning figure, novice figure and Ms Arkansas Natural short classes and all the overall for each of class, making her 2009 Ms Natural Arkansas Figure. After carrying home 6 trophies and a state title her first time out, she was hooked! The second year was just as rewarding, winning 1st place in every NPC show in Arkansas, and gaining a national qualification. In 2011, she got 4th place in NPC Jr Nationals in Chicago, IL, followed by two weeks later going on to win an IFPA Pro Card in St Louis Natural Classic. She also won 1st place and overall title of 2011 NPC Ms Arkansas Figure in August, and was the guest poser at the NPC Northwest Arkansas Classic in July.”

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns for Women
“Step 1
Sit facing the lat pulldown machine with your knees locked under the roller pads. Grip the pulldown bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and palms facing forward. Lean back slightly from the waist keeping your back straight. (Not sure how much weight to use?)
Step 2
Inhale and then exhale as you pull the bar down in front of your face until it reaches your upper chest.
Step 3
Inhale as you return to the starting position.” SOURCE
