@samantha_red: I guess this can count as my first “progress photo”. My next competition is a little over 12 weeks away. Hurt my neck/back so I can’t lift right now. Focusing on cardio and my eating. Aiming to beat my placing last year and get higher than 5th. Time for some cardio :))
